[Case Study: Name the Achievement, Not the Client]

[One sentence describing the result, without client names or confidential figures.]

Challenge

[What the organization needed and why it was hard. Describe the industry and scale, not the name, e.g. “a major pediatric hospital”.]

My role

[What you were responsible for.]

Approach

[How you solved it. Focus on decisions and trade-offs, not a list of tools.]

Outcome

[The result. Use firsts, percentages or scale where you can share them.]

What it taught me

[One lesson you carried forward. This is the section that makes a case study yours.]

Tip: Check your employment agreements before publishing. Describing your role and the public outcome is usually fine; client names, pricing and internal figures usually are not.
